Procedure For Changing Your Entry
Please be advised: We are NO LONGER accepting any changes or transfers of entry, as the deadline was set at July 1st, 2010. Any change or transfer forms received at this point in time will be denied.
There is a $25 change fee (plus any increase due to a difference in the entry fee from one event or division to another) for any change to your entry, OR if you are transferring your entry to another party. You MUST fill out the appropriate Change Request Form (see links at right) and submit all required forms to the Registration Coordinator. Please mail your check for $25 (made payable to CAPRI Events) along with your Change Request Form to the following address: CAPRI Events Attn: Registration Coordinator PO Box 577490 • Chicago, IL 60657-7490
HOW TO DETERMINE THE CORRECT FORM
Transfer of Entry Form
Use this form if you are attempting to sell your slot to another athlete. The individual purchasing your slot MUST submit, and Capri Events must receive a completed entry form application before your transfer will be processed. The transfer of your slot will be at the discretion of the Event, and you will be notified if and when a transfer can occur. It is highly recommended to submit ALL forms and checks together as one submission (in the same envelope) to eliminate any confusion or delay with your request.
Change to Entry Form
Use this form if you are still planning to compete in the event but would like to switch categories, e.g., International Distance to Sprint Distance. All changes and transfers must be submitted by July 1, 2010. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
