Procedure For Changing Your Entry
There is a $50 change fee (plus any increase due to a difference in the entry fee from one event or division to another) for any change to your entry, OR if you are transferring your entry to another party. To request a change, please email the Registration Coordinator at chicagoregistration@lifetimefitness.com in order to request a change.

 All changes must be submitted by July 1, 2012. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
