FREE
FITNESS TEST FROM FLEET FEET & POLAR
Take a load off your feet and take the world's easiest fitness
test at the same time this weekend at the Polar booth at the
Accenture Chicago Triathlon Expo and Post Race Party. A helper from Polar
will put a Polar heart rate monitor on you. All you have to do is sit
back and relax for three to five minutes while the monitor takes a sampling
of your resting heart rate and then predicts-after taking into consideration
your age, height, weight, sex and activity level-what your VO2 max score
or level of aerobic fitness, will be. It's a simple way of measuring your
fitness without raising a sweat!
