PROCEDURE FOR
CHANGING YOUR ENTRY

There is a $25 change fee (plus any difference in the entry fee) for any change to your entry. You must fill out the appropriate Change Request Form (HERE) and submit it to the Registration Coordinator. Please mail your check (made payable to CAPRI Events) along with your Change Request Form to the following address:

HOW TO DETERMINE CORRECT FORM

Transfer of Entry Form
Use this form if you are selling your slot to someone else. There is a $25 change fee to transfer your registration to another person. You must fill out the Transfer Entry Form (see link at right) and submit it to the Registration Coordinator. The new participant must also fill out an event application in full.

Change to Entry Form
Use this form if you are still competing but would like to switch categories, ie. Open/Age Group to Relay Team.

All changes and transfers must be submitted by August 1, 2008. NO EXCEPTIONS!
