Packet Pickup

All registrants in the Transamerica Chicago Triathlon must attend the Multisport & Fitness Expo to pick up their registration packets at the Hilton Chicago on Friday or Saturday of race weekend. This includes all relay members. There will be no race-day packet pickup. No exceptions!

All athletes are required to pick up their registration packets in person at the Hilton Chicago. Please allow up to 90 minutes to pick up your registration materials, event technical shirt and race bag (60 minutes if you have already attended one of the mandatory Athlete Briefings) and to get body marked. Please keep in mind that the busiest times at race packet pickup are between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Friday and between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday.

Note: SuperSprint and Life Time Kids Tri Chicago participants have the option to pick up their packets on Friday at the Multisport & Fitness Expo or on race day (see the race-day schedule on each event page for times). It is highly recommended that participants pick up their packet at the Expo to avoid long wait times on race morning.

The Transamerica Chicago Triathlon now offers the option to rack your bike in Transition on the Saturday prior to race day, between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Only bikes with athlete numbers affixed may be racked. No bags may be dropped overnight. Around the clock security will be provided. As a result, we will be offering a CLIF bike check within Salon D at the Chicago Triathlon Multisport & Fitness Expo to accommodate anyone who takes advantage of this option.
