Q: Will race-day registration be available?
A: No, race day registration is not available for any weekend races.
Q: Will the event sell-out?
A: Yes, the 2017 event reached total sell-out. Many of the specialty programs and competitions will sell-out quickly, followed by the International distance and eventually all other short distance race options.
Q: Do you have to be a USAT member to register?
A: No. USA Triathlon Membership is not required for Life Time Tri Series race participants during the 2018 season.
Q: If I am unable to participate in the race, may I get a refund?
A: No. There will be absolutely no refunds or transfers of entry to another participant. We do offer transfers between divisions and distances for an additional fee (see below).
Q: If I am unable to participate in the race, may I give my entry to a friend?
A: No. If someone else races under your name and is injured or causes an accident, that person will not be covered by the included athlete protection insurance. Additionally, if the athlete racing in your name causes injury or damage, you may be liable in part for those damages.
Q: What is the procedure for making a change to an entry?
A: If you need to change your entry category or distance, there will be a processing fee of $50. You will also be responsible for any difference in entry fees. All distance & category change requests must be submitted to email@example.com. by Sunday, August 19th. All changes past that date must be done at the Solutions desk during Expo hours only. Again, there will be no refunds or transfers of entry. Please note: Registrants are subject and fully responsible for all applicable third party online registration processing fees.
Q: How do I confirm my entry?
A: Once you complete the quick and secure online registration process, you will receive a confirmation email from ChronoTrack. Event confirmations will not be mailed, so please keep this information for your records. You can view your online registration confirmation here.
