FLEET FEET SUPERSPRINT COURSE
The out & back 375 meter (410yd.) Lake Michigan swim takes place in shallow water, parallel to the beach. The course is marked and marshaled by Chicago Park Lifeguards. The transition area is fenced and located next to the beach on the grass where bike racks are provided. The 10 kilometer (6.2mile.) bike takes place on a loop course on closed park roadways and bike paths. The 2.5 kilometer (1.55 mile.) run takes place on closed bike and running paths. The course is secured by marshals, and there are plenty of water stations with Gatorade and water. VIEW MAP
