Welcome to the 2021 Chicago Triathlon Charity Program. We are so excited for the return of this amazing event and we cannot wait for you to be a part of it. Since its creation, the Chicago Triathlon has partnered with organizations throughout the Chicagoland area and beyond, in the pursuit of raising awareness and funding for meaningful causes that affect everyone around us.
Becoming a charity partner also comes with its perks. Each organization that enrolls in our charity program will receive a registration discount for every athlete that signs up under their charity code. Also, as your charity team grows, you will qualify for additional perks such as comp codes for coaches, social media highlights for your organization on our social media platforms, informative zoom calls with LT staff, and much more.
Dates: The Chicago Triathlon will take place Saturday, August 28 (SuperSprint and Kids Tri) and Sunday, August 29, 2021 (International and Sprint)
Discounts for Registration: Your charity will receive its own unique discount code valid for $10 off the registration fee for every athlete that signs up under your charity code. *Please continue reading this document for additional information on how the charity program works and what you need to do in order to secure your place as a valued charity partner.
Follow these steps to secure your place in the Chicago Triathlon Charity Program.
Step 1: Review this document in its entirety. Please reach out with any questions you have. (Staff contact information is listed at the bottom of this document)
Step 2: To register for the charity program, please complete the form via the link below.
Step 3: Life Time staff will respond with relevant information to begin your athlete recruiting process once your completed registration form has been reviewed.

Once each step is completed, our program manager will contact you with your unique code which can be distributed directly to your athletes. Each month, our program manager will send you a report of everyone who has registered using your unique charity code. This will ensure you are aware of your partnership level on a monthly basis.
Below are the different levels of charity partnership, each based on the number of athletes participating under your charity. Final partnership levels will be calculated 30 days prior to the end of the event (July 29).
*Athletes taking part in the charity waves (separate Sprint and International groups) are not eligible for age group awards.
**Post-close entries are made available where applicable and must be pre-purchased by the charity before the race sells out.
