Tri Club Program

Overview

Welcome to the 2023 Life Time Chicago Triathlon Tri Club Program. We welcome your tri club/team to join us as we swim, bike, and run through the most beautiful parts of the windy city. Since its inaugural race, the Chicago Triathlon has partnered with many tri clubs throughout the Chicagoland area and neighboring states to provide a challenging yet also rewarding experience for your avid triathletes. In addition to the unforgettable experience you and your tri club will share together, your group will also receive race perks to make the experience even better! The first perk you and your colleagues will receive is a discount of $10 off of your registration. After that, as your team grows, you will earn additional perks such as  a reserved start and finish area and VIP access.

Club Levels

Below are the different levels of the tri club program, each based on the number of triathletes participating in your tri club.

*Deadline for roster updates will be August 9th, or when the race reaches capacity, whichever happens first.

*Please note, if your group will have less than 10 registered athletes, we will still recognize your partnership on our website.

When your tri club accumulates 10 or more participants, you will receive a complimentary Finish Fest space with tent to act as your hangout destination post-race.

*If you plan on providing your own tent, please communicate this with the event’s program manager.

**All tents will come with 1-6′ table and 2 chairs. If you require additional equipment or would like to alter the base offering, please reach out to the event’s program manager with your request. 

When your tri club accumulates 20 or more participants, you will receive a reserved space with tent to act as your hangout destination pre-race.

*If you plan on providing your own tent, please communicate this with the event’s program manager.

**All tents will come with 1-6′ table and 2 chairs. If you require additional equipment or would like to alter the base offering, please reach out to the event’s program manager with your request. 

The amount of VIP tickets your group earns is determined by the final roster count made on August 9, 2023. (I.e. if your club accumulates 45 participants, you will receive 1 VIP pass. However, if you’re able to recruit 5 more participants, you will receive 2 VIP passes.)

*Please note: You can still accumulate participants past the August 9th deadline. Your club registration code is valid until August 25, 2023 or when the race reaches capacity.

If your tri club has qualified for a finish fest space and reserve start area, and requires additional equipment, you MUST notify the program manager prior to August 11th. This is the deadline for equipment to be ordered. Any group that has not requested additional equipment by then will receive the standard equipment allocation. Please see the chart below for additional equipment costs.
