Packet Pick-Up

All registrants in the Chicago Triathlon must attend the Multisport & Fitness Expo to pick up their registration packets at the Hilton Chicago on Friday or Saturday of race weekend. This includes all relay members. There will be no race-day packet pick-up. No exceptions!

All athletes are required to pick up their registration packets in person at the Hilton Chicago. Please allow up to 90 minutes to pick up your registration materials, event shirt and race bag (60 minutes if you have already attended one of the mandatory Athlete Briefings) and to get body marked. Please keep in mind that the busiest times at race packet pickup are between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Friday and between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday.

Note: SuperSprint and Life Time Kids Tri Chicago participants have the option to pick up their packets on Friday at the Multisport & Fitness Expo or on race day (see the race-day schedule on each event page for times). It is highly recommended that participants pick up their packet at the Expo to avoid long wait times on race morning.

BIKE RACKING (Sunday participants)

The Chicago Triathlon now offers the option to rack your bike in Transition on the Saturday prior to race day, between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Only bikes with athlete numbers affixed may be racked. No bags may be dropped overnight. Around the clock security will be provided.

Additionally, athletes that choose to bring their bikes to the Expo can take advantage of free bike valet while they are attending Athlete Briefings and Packet Pick-Up. Bikes will not be transported from the Hilton to Transition. Athletes must retrieve their own bike from the valet and rack in Transition.

Expo Checklist

All participants must present a current, government-issued Photo ID in order to retrieve their race packet. Athletes must also know their bib number, which will have been emailed prior to the Expo. Bib look-up stations will be available for those who need.
